Wentworth Park's greyhound racing venue and Harold Park's redeveloped residential precinct generate periodic crowd- and construction-traffic demands on a road network already under pressure from TAFE and Broadway Shopping Centre patronage. Broadway itself, at the southern edge of the suburb, is one of Sydney's busiest pedestrian crossings, requiring careful work-zone design for any utility or footpath works in the vicinity.
